Shipping and Return Policy
Triple walled, fully insulated box and shipped with enough dry ice to arrive frozen.COVID-19 response: UPS is NOT guaranteeing on time deliveries due to COVID-19 to some parts of the US, therefore, we cannot guarantee our product arrives on time and frozen. If such a delay occurs, please take photos or videos of spoiled product and email them to us, and we will issue you a refund.
Orders being shipped to 3 and 4 day transit zones must be placed by Monday at 2:00 PM eastern time to ship that same week. If placed after 2:00 PM they will be shipped out the following week.
Orders being shipped to 2 and 1 day transit zones must be placed by Tuesday at 2:00 PM eastern time to ship that same week. If placed after 2:00 PM they will be shipped out the following week.
We ship Mondays to states located in 3 and 4 day transit zones (West coast states, some Midwest states)
We ship Tuesdays to states located in 2 and 1 day transit zones (East coast states, some Midwest states)
For orders going to locations in 3 day transit zones that do not ship Monday, they will ship Tuesday.

WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES! MUST BE A PHYSICAL ADDRESS OR THE NEAREST UPS HOLD CENTER FOR CUSTOMER PICK UPOnce orders are processed an email with tracking will be sent. Products purchased from us are not eligible for returns due to bio-security concerns.
We do NOT refund rodents based on "bad smells" as frozen rodents do have a smell to them, and we are unable to verify "smells."
All orders are shipped in triple wall boxes, with insulation, and enough dry ice to keep rodents frozen during transit. If there is a UPS delay and your rodents arrive thawed and spoiled, please take video or pictures upon opening the box to send as proof, and we will issue you a refund.
